Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made past the required 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of services booked. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICED BOOKED. After ONE no show cancellation, any future booking will require 100% of the appointment cost paid upon appointment request. Arrival: Please arrive on time, if you are running later please contact Amaris at 330-502-8693. We understand that things happen so there is a 15 minute grace period for your appointment if needed. There will be a $15 late fee after 15 minute grace period. If the 15 minute grace period is passed you may be asked to reschedule the appointment. New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early to appointment to fill out forms and possible patch testing.
